A Buyer’s Agent is a licenced real estate agent that works solely for the buyer. Unlike a Selling Agent, who has property to sell on behalf of the vendor, the Buyer Agent provides the service of searching, sourcing, and negotiating on behalf of the purchaser and acts in the best interest of the purchaser.

Can’t I just buy property myself?

Yes of course you can! However the average buyer spends 6-12 months on average searching and navigating the market before successfully purchasing their next home. During this time, the market may have moved, with prices increasing, the amount of time and money wasted chasing homes out of their budget and learning the hard way. This can result in “buyer fatigue” - countless weekends attending opens, hours scrolling online listings, leading to buyers taking a break or buying something out of exhaustion, not because it was the right property.

How long will it take?

On average, 4-6 weeks. Sometimes it’s less than 4 weeks. I’ve helped clients buy in as little as 5 days, no longer than 8 weeks.

What area do you buy?

I am a Sutherland Shire area specialist. I know this market inside out. I also buy in and around Sydney. I specialise in the owner occupier market, however I have purchased interstate for myself and clients in the past looking for investment properties. I have a strong network around the country to assist in sourcing in different areas, if I can’t help you, I will know someone that can.

While I’m not the cheapest agent out there, I offer exceptional value. They are usually sellers that are not as motivated to sell (unless the price is right).
